Husband and wife James and Kaylene Lorenz started Little Builders Play Yard with one simple goal: to create a safe, welcoming space where young children can use their imagination freely—and where parents can finally take a breath of peace of mind.
As parents, we saw the need for a place designed just for little hands and big ideas. A place where kids can dig, build, create, and explore, while parents know their children are safe, happy, and encouraged to be themselves. What started as a small idea quickly grew into a passion project built on family, creativity, and community.
